Brand, Culture & Storytelling Strategist
Amy is founder and Chief Eternal Optimist of Nested Strategies, a creative branding studio focused on building transparent, purposeful brands and cultures grounded in the triple bottom line. She started Nested Strategies in early 2013, with the belief that the sustainability movement has critical branding and messaging challenges.
Prior to Nested Strategies, Amy spearheaded the incubation of 80 USGBC chapters for the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), one of the most progressive sustainability change agents, and launched The USGBC Leadership Institute. She also led USGBC green community-rebuilding initiatives in New Orleans post Katrina-Rita. She is a trained facilitator and specializes in collaborative ideation, strategic planning, and community engagement sessions.
Amy has over ten years of experience as a film, TV, and commercial producer and marketer, starting at a PBS affiliate, working at two big NY ad agencies, then freelance with HBO, VH-1, and more.
